Wow! Thank you so much @randomguy1 so it's looking like I'm going to go with Hilton, Disco & Lowe's. Will look into the perks, as well as, see which rewards are being offered to prioritize my apps accordingly. I won't be doing this until mid/late December 2020 so hopefully the Credit Card companies aren't as stringent (doubt it but hoping so). I'll definitely keep you all updated on what transpires.
