PENFED pending

I went on a big spree Apr 1, and did great.  Two days ago I fell out of the garden and applied for and got a PENFED savings account.  Then applied for a personal loan and a PENFED Promise card.  The instant response was they would contact me in 7-10 days.  Then yesterday it changed to pending on both.  Today it changed to conditionally approved on both!  I then received an email asking for my last 2 years of tax returns.   So far so good??  I'm nervous and checking my email every 30 mins lol

If you sent in the info. you should be good...  Hang in there and keep us posted on results.

Agree.  If the information you sent meets their UW conditions, then you can check the status online which should switch to APPROVED.  Then, once everything is finalized, it wil change to TRANSFERRED.  At that point, you are golden.

Sounds promising ..  Doubt they would waste their time or yours on Tax returns if the didn't have ever intention of approving it.

I am just curious, how long are your tax returns?  I ask only because if any bank asked for that from me, I would be scanning and sending 250+ pages. There is no way I am doing that for a credit card.

They were about 35 pages each lol, they asked me to fax them but I called and explained they were long and complicated.  They said I could email them in that case and provided me with the address to send them to.

Approved!!!  I got the Promise VISA for 7.5k, the loan says preparing to disperse
