Hello everyone. I have Synchrony Paypal MC, my last CLI was in July, I requested it online (not via chat) and I got an increase from 8k to 10k. I have heard that CLI request over 10k does not work online. How long should I wait until next request and how to request it? Call Credit Solutions? Thanks for your answers.

P.S. I use this card fairly frequently and spend about 700-1000$ each month. I don't know if that matters much for future CLI requests.

Interesting, I've never heard CLI over 10k with Sync don't work. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Is this new? 
I will add that its has worked fine for my Sync card over $10k but it's been sometime since I've asked for an increase.

I, too, have heard that you must call to get over 10k. I'm just going to wait until my 2 yr Anniversary on that card to call and find out.

The $10k limit has been around for awhile and on other products. Thats what my denial letters have said

Yes 10K max is on quite a few cards. I know from my own experience,  Lowe's and carecredit go well over 10K with online requests. And I know recently someone posted about paypal credit going over 10K with online requests. I am sure there are other store cards as well.
