Hi everybody i applied for my dad Paypal Mastercard today and at the end it said to call and when i called they said you will receive letter with instructions to call anyone knows by any chance is it good or bad?

Although it's a bit vague to discern an outcome, if the agent mentioned to wait for the letter with instructions, it sounds like verification to me.  Could be wrong, but sometimes SYNCB tends to request additional verification to ensure you were the applicant.  If this is the case, and everything checks out, then likely an approval.

I'd say wait for the letter and update your thread with the results.

Agreed, no reason to invoke a denial complex, wait for the facts to be presented in black and white and take it one step at time.
