I got my Platinum Rewards with them about 9 months ago with a $5k CL. I just apped for a CLI 2 days ago, they did the HP, called me for my fraud alert, and said it would be going to a loan officer. How long does it normally take for them to decision an app? It says "pending" online still under app status. I've been reading everything on this thread and saw a lot of folks having a lot of luck with apping multiple products or multiple CLI requests in 90 days. Anyone have any recommendations for me? I'm trying to keep my AAoA decent and not get new accounts, but if I could get a substantial CL and get my utilization down significantly it would be worth it for me, especially since it's not a new HP.
Any pointers? Thanks!
