While I know a "pre-selection to apply" is not a pre-approval, this mailer means that I'm starting to catch the attenion of CitiBank which is a move is the right direction from my rebuild days.
The mailer was for the Citi Simplicity Card with a 18 month 0% APR offer on purchases or BTs, and a set rate APR afterwards. I don't carry balances so this card is not a good fit for me so I will not be applying right now.
