Rooms To Go / Synchrony

Completed the prequal for Rooms To Go which is issued by synchrony and got the below response. Requested 10k and they offered 9k but the score is complete off. Anyone able to shed any light on this. Last I checked TU score was 803. Most recent auto is a Honda lease and will be a year old in july, on TU i only have 3 inqs. All accounts are satisfactory never missed a payment ever and im not even sure what it means by my address is non residential.  Screenshot 2026-05-13 at 12.21.59 PM.pngScreenshot 2026-05-13 at 12.22.12 PM.png

could be a vantage score, synch typically uses vantage 4.0, do you have a source for that? Walmart's onepay offers this, could be a custom-based risk score, no way to tell which score it is

is your address not a typical address or perhaps you live above a business or something? that credit scoring system has your address listed as something other than a typical residence, it seems

walmart onepay has bank accounts as well, doesn't need the credit card, but it's literally on the first screen in the app after you sign up

I was excited until I downloaded the app and it wanted me to use Persona to give a live selfie and a copy of my drivers license. That's a no from me.

Well if Wings has it then I'll be getting that when the Ent merger is complete so that's cool.

@GZG @bigpoppa09
Signed up today and it says my score is a 780... So I have no clue where they are getting that 670 from.
