Sam's Club - 7 to 10 day message

I just got approved for Lowes today and didn't realize Sam's Club was also a Snychrony issued card.  Shucks. 

Is a 7-10 day msg a denial?

I was denied a Lowes card on Friday. I called 866-519-6441 and was informed that I was denied due to a BK7. You should be able to find something out on the Sam's Club card.

I've gotten 7-10 twice now for Sync cards and both times it was verification. They just asked me for my phone number.
