I've got a SavorOne I've had for 6 months and change with a $3k SL. Have put just over $2k/mo on average (avg usage is inflated above normal due to a larger purchase in Feb, but would have still been $1750-$1800 with out that). I requested a CLI to $6k hoping I'd get something and got a 2-3 day message from them so I'm expecting a denial.
EDIT: As I'm writing this I realized I forgot to unfreeze Experian before requesting (it's the only one I had frozen).
Let us know how it works out. Capital One is like a flip of a coin.... you never know.
Keep your eyes on your email and check your online account messages, they usually let you know the next day or so online.
My experience with my savor one 3k sl about 1 1/2 years ago is, i requested a cli at 6 months and got 100 only, my 2 requests since then have yielded nada, ymmv. I put heavy spend on the card and usually pif
During that same period my Quicksilver went from 1800 to 5000 automatically, no requests.
QS - 1800 - 2000
QS - 2000 - 5000
Good luck to you.
In my experience, the 2-3 day message for CapOne has always been a denial.
I also searched the forums when I first received that message and found that others experienced the same almost always.
Hope you get the CLI, but strong likelihood if you get a message sooner rather than later, they'll come back with a denial stating something such as "not enough time at your current limit" or "still being evaluated at your current limit", "solar flares", "asteroids".... They march to the beat of a different drummer.... Best of luck to you.
LOL @JoeRockhead
those solar flares & asteroids are always getting in the way of a cli

Mine had a 3k SL, I requested around maybe 160 days and was denied. Around day 165 I received an auto 2.5k CLI. I've read the first one is pretty generous.

I thnk it's very likely a denial as well. My last CLI from them was about 6 months ago on a QS1 that's now a VentureOne, and with solid spend they bumped that card from $2000 to $3500. With Cap One being algorithm driven and not doing recon I wish they would just give the denial instantly like Discover does (even if it means still waiting on the reason).
Generally I have found if they are willing to increase me, it's immediate. When I have received the notice they will let me know, it been denied. They should give you reasons if that's the case. Check your account for documents.
I have never unfrozen for a cap1 cli and always gotten the 2-3 day pop up but about 25% of the time was approved. I just always assumed they don't ever give instant cli approvals
