It's the same bank FBNO. If you are going secure route get the regular one that will offer rewards back and it will graduate unless you are a Savvy Overstock Shopper and their rewards to Overstock only make it worthwhile to you. They really scrutinizing applications I was denied for secured card just because of injuries but my credit score was fine
I tried to get the O-card, was denied, and then started getting emails about the secured card. I thought it was worth putting $300 against a card to get the Overstock deals, but they wouldn't allow me to get a secured card with a (declined) regular app still in the system.
Now that app is out of the system, but the emails have dried up.
