Should I apply or wait? Also, TU dispute?

I think I need another positive account.  Just a little background: I have 2 neg accounts in EX and 2 pos accounts, 4 inqs, score 613.  EQ, multiple neg accounts, 2 pos accounts, 3 inqs, score 607.  TU, multiple neg accounts, 2 pos accounts, 4 inqs, score 587.  Pending disputes with TU and EQ.  Also, a PFD letter has been sent out for one of the negs as well.  All of the negs are medical.  Every single one.  Anyway, is there any other card that I have a chance of getting at this time that is not secured.   I have a wells fargo secured card and my other good account is my student loans.  Is there anyone that only pulls EX that would approve me?  I just want another good account on my reports to cycle while I am working on the collections.

Also, is it normal for TU disputes to take so long?  I know that they have 30 days, but I have read so many posts about how theirs got finished with so early and that that was a good sign.  Is it a bad sign that mine is taking so long?

Thank yall.  I love this forum!

For medical collections google the HIPAA Letter Process follow it exactly as laid out. If you have problems finding the website or any questions PM me.

I'd wait out the dispute process and take a look at the medical collections first, as suggested above, before applying for another card. Doing this can possibly get your scores up a bit, raising your chances for an approval and better limit.
