How can you tell if someone has done a AR or SP on your credit report?

I don't know about other institutions, but NFCU & GFCU check quarterly, and it's tagged as "promotional" or "AR" on my cp...

I.e. AR-NAVY FCU 03/03/15

Thanks. I just recalled someone saying that they haven't seen the soft pull from Capital One. And I'm like how can you see that lol

Pull a credit report from equifax... The no thrills one, it will show you HP's/SP's/Promotionals/AR's etc...  think it is like 12 dolars..  Make sure you order the right one.. TU is similiar, EXP is a bit more tricky.. Cap1 is EQ though.

If you have an old report number for each report, you can actually use it to pull fresh reports without paying...  When you pull the report, it will show people who have requested your credit file (hardpulls) and then it will also show inquiries shared with you (Those are the soft pulls and you will people you have cards with on there monthly or a few time a months checking in on you).
