What report allows you to have that many inquries? Ive had enough to bump old inquiries off my report.

Transunion, all of these inquiries were in the last two years.

Digging through my "America's Most Wanted" list... ahh, here we go; First Tech FCU "Insufficient available credit" (actually like 3% UTI on 60Kish) AND wait for it... "Excessive unused credit" IIRC.

I'm going to hazzard a guess that person has never spent much time on MyFico.

And youi might consider adding a denial reason:
