I've been looking at this card for almost a year now. Wondering if I should go ahead and apply now or just wait.

                Inquiries: 5 (5/24, 0/12, 0/6)

Transunion - Fico 8: 731

                Inquiries: 2 (2/24, 1/12 [Chase June 2019], 0/6)

Experian - Fico 8: 738

                Inquiries: 3 (3/24, 1/12 [Chase June 2019], 0/6)

Total UTI ~ 19% and no history/relationship with U.S Bank

Your approval odds should be pretty good with the given profile, but with US Bank you never know.

I think you have a decent chance with only one new account. 

It's usually a single pull, so it's not that bad if it goes the wrong way

They've always pulled TransUnion for me I live in the south east. You should have a great shot at getting it. Good luck and welcome!
