Congratz! May I know if you received the Visa Signature variant?

Congrats!

@Anonymous wrote:I was just approved. It was not instant. Received the "ten-day" message. Anxiously kept checking the status and no change. I finally bit the bullet and called the backdoor number. I was told application was still pending and I would need to speak with another department. After being on hold, the same rep said he cleared some things with the other department and I no longer needed to speak with them directly. He then asked me a few questions about income, job title/history, and then about the balance on one of my cards. Asked if it was under a promotional period. I said no, that I didn't catch it in time before the statement cut before paying. (Truth) He commended me on my payment history (lol -- check out the listed baddies) and then approved me with a SL of $7,500 (I am shocked).
Data Points:
TU Fico 8: 690 (pulled)

I did!

Approved $600
This is actually my first card after finally seeing better scores! Called to recon but since its my highest limit at this time they wanted to see more history.
Just got approved with a CL of $2500 with a very thin file.
Got an instant denial online as expected - called recon the day after and they explained it was due to lack of credit history (as expected).
They asked about income/job history and said that they liked that my account was paid off on time every month. Was a quick and easy 3 min call.
I read about half of the pages on this thread and decided to apply for the Uber Visa as I'll spend about 3K USD in airline tickets in the comming months, might as well get 3% of that back
Not to mention the 4% awesome restaurant back.
Welp, I waited until the 62nd day (today) since my youngest/most recent card openin and cold apped... boom
... the 10 day review message. I'll call Recon tomorrow and fingers crossed if they let me in.
They pulled my TU.
My file is pretty thin (oldest account 1Y3M). I do have 4 cards, two of which were obtained in last 6 months.
Scores as of this week:
TU FICO 8: 746
EQ BANKCARD 8: 736
EX FICO 8: 736
Youngest Acount: 3M
Next Youngest Account: 4M
Oldest 1: 1Y2M
Oldest 2: 1Y3M
AAoA: 10M
AoOA: 1Y3M
UTIL: 3%
UPDATE: called recon, the kind lady said I'm approved for 500 and said she can't do more. which is mostly my fault as I waited just 92 days since my last account opening and unlike experian which I track, i learned transunion doesn't show my 3rd statement cut for the youngest card.
I wanted to buy international tickets with this, guess I'll be just ordering Chinese for a couple months with the 500 limit.

Applied tonight, not overly pleased, was only offered $500, which makes the $100 bonus tricky.. but I'm thinking I will Recon tomorrow and see what can be done. I'm really excited for this card, especially since I was planning on travelling in the next 60 days.

It's possible that $5500 is about the limit of total exposure that Barclays is willing to extend to you. So if you have a $5000 CL card already, they gave you the difference. Once you pay off the balance on the other card, you can ask to transfer over some of the limits to your Uber card I think.
That is precisely the plan. I am under the impression you are correct that the $5k -$6k range is where they want me. That's perfectly fine for the time being, not going to make too much of a fuss, thanks!
Was pushing my luck, but instantly apporved for $6,000! Signature varaint.
