Well my partner is thinking about getting out of the airline business (long story) and i dont want him to
but its his choice. I realized we would need to earn miles for flights well thats what i say anyways. I was wondering for the Venture card do they triple pull? If so i will probably just PC my QS card whenever possible. I was then wondering does anyone know if theres a minimum limit like 3k? or 5k? for these cards?
Also how do their miles work? Like is it like CSP where it transfers to other airlines and do i need to pay the ticket in full with points or can i do partial?
Hey, they do triple pull if you apply. You may be able to PC the QS to a VentureOne if you have at least a 3K CL or a Venture if you have at least a 5K credit line. That is what the CSRs on chat told me before I upgraded one of mine.
Hope that helps

Thanks, i kinda thought they would triple again. But good to know that they do have minimum credit lines. I didnt know they had seperate minimums. Well time to try and get a PC through the EO. Regular rep said no go ![]()
Just be aware that the Venture card carries an annual fee whereas the VentureOne does not - it's all based on the reward structure so be sure to read up on that.

I did read about that and personally i am fine with a $59 AF. The card would get used more. Also in case it doesnt suit me, can i downgrade or no?

I believe you can which would be considered a PC in their world vs. a "downgrade" but same principle. Maybe others who have PC'd from Venture to VentureOne can share their experience. If you take it for a "test drive" for at least 12 months and it doesn't suit you and there's no upgrade offers available online then I'm sure you can contact the EO to see if they can switch it for you.

Which i just noticed there is a signing bonus. It might be better to just take the triple pull next year when like 90% of my inqs fall off. However how do the points/miles work? Like do they transfer and such? Also if i PC i dont get the signing bonus do i? it does need to be applied for.

If you PC, then you will not be elegible for the bonus. Generally, the Venture card offers plenty of reward redemption options (shown below) : Travel, Cash or Other categories. You earn 2 miles per $1 spent. Minimum redemption for Cash category is 5,000 miles.
