Venture X - App status

Got preapproval for Venture X and went for it. Was not instantly approved and minutes later asked for copy of State Photo ID. Provided it right away and been waiting now 3 dats for a response. Still shows Processing. Any idea on how much longer for a decision? Should I call them tomorrow or just wait for now?

they wouldn't have asked if they didn't want to approve you

feel free to call and let them know you've provided it and ask if there's anything else needed

is there any discrepancy between your name/id name/name on CB's?

All info are exact match on the DL. On call with them right now. I did just what you said. They are suprised no one looked at my uploaded docs. She is checking it.

The rep said that the doc team has not reviewed it yet. She also mentioned the 3 weeks time frame for decision.

Got a phone call from CapitalOne that they received my DL and verified it was me who applied. I think they might have been shocked as to: dude, really? With these scores?

Anyway, she said they will continue to process the app and it might take couple of weeks to do so.

Got an email with approval. SL 10k. FICO 664. My worst EQ. CH 13 has fallen off TU and EX but not on EQ. 

So excited!! I worked so hard on 100% CH13 and paid 100k off.
