Since no one else is reporting it happening to them, I think I'll write their "Credit Administrator" and ask that they remove them, especially since their decline letters show their decision being based on previous SP's and not the HP they did when I requested the CLI.
Something just doesn't add up here.
As far as the 990 "an older version of the VantageScore goes all the way up to 990."
