What are my chances of getting a chase freedom? How long should i wait?

Shocked I received my Chase Freedom with a SL of $4500. Applied in July 2015. Between 3-4 inquiries these past 10 mths. Score on myFICO mid to upper 600's when I applied.

I initially opted out a couple months ago then about a week ago I opted IN

For a UR card you need to have no more than 5 new cards in the past 2 years, in addition to satisfactory history and scores.

From my understanding if u have 5 new accounts in the past 2 years, you will automatically be denied. Other than that, I was approved for Freedom with scores around 630. I had an offer for slate and the freedom on the prequal site. Edit - just realized that this thread is old
