Do you have your other two scores?
Inquiries?
Bankrupcy?
Derogatory Marks?
Collections?
Other Tradelines? Past, Present.
Income? (For DTI Purposes..since you mentioned the Auto Loan)
I have 8 inquiries my income is 120000 yr I only have car loan and 2 credit lines in good standing
Have you looked into getting a unsecured card with CapOne? Have you looked into getting a Walmart card, you may qualify and they provide a free Fico score which is great. You may get a low starting CL but with Credit Solutions you have all the opportunity to grow!

with that score (also depending on what your other scores look like) and your income...Synchrony would definitely approve you...but I dont know if you would get good limits. Your best bet would be to go for Quicksilver One since you are already with CapOne and go for a card from a credit union.
It is always beneficial to establish a relationship with a credit union. If you are actually in Atlanta I would suggest Georgia's Own Credit Union. The credit unions are often willing to work with you especially if you have a banking relationship with them.

With that Income, I'd even try for the QS outright.
