Z Gallerie Credit Card- 2 week review?

I recently got my Amex card upgraded from a Delta Platinum Sky Miles to a Delta Reserve card. I guess feeling a little over confident, I applied for a Z Gallerie credit card, which is ran by Comenity. I have several other comenity based store cards, all in good standing. I also just received a CLI from my Jcrew card, which is a comenity based card. Yet, my Z Gallerie application states that "information you provided is being reviewed. You may expect a reply by mail within 2 weeks." This is typically not a good sign. Anyone familier with this situation. I am not sure why a company I have other cards with would reject me...any ideas?

I think, before anything, take a step back since no definitive decision has been made as of yet.

That being said, just because there may be other existing tradelines with Comenity doesn't mean that it's a shoe-in for all their products. Each program is handled separately as each has their own internal criteria.

Potentially, there may be a request for additional information, but it's best to wait until you have confirmation once you receive the letter.
