Check preapproval offers (green checkmark) on the Chase site. Check in-branch offers as well.
5/24 matters, as does 2/30 with Chase so be aware of those.
If you're above 5/24, you have to calculate the date to get under that, or hope for a preapproved offer.
Also, Chase doesn't like being your first big limit card, so if you don't have CLs over $5000, consider that as well. Looks like your BofA is a high limit card, so maybe try some Discover SP CLI requests monthly or every 61 days to try to get that one above $5000.
