approved for target yesterday was told review needed for BB&B MC today

Am I ok with my newly approved Target CC I was approved for yesterday with being told I need to be reviewed after applying for Bed Bath & Beyong MC today.. I only applied for BB&B to get the promotional discount. I have read stories on here about people having their cards closed before even activating them.

I am new to credit cards. I do have good oustanding payment history on all auto loans.

Thanks for any help or insight in advance.

I currently have a Capital One Platinum, Belk and Walmart CC.

Target is TD Bank and BB&B MC is Comenity, there is no relation. Your target card is fine

OP, just wait for the letter from Comenity to confirm the results of your application. The decision can go either way depending on your overall profile.
