this post throws me for a loop since i understood nfcu kept limits at 1k until 2 years post bk.

I guess they changed the rule, scratching my head.

I been in touch with Navy every month all year about thinking that i was far enough distant from discharge to see the nRewards promote to unsecured with absolutely no joy. One day i sent a PM to a rep on recon after a 2nd letdown on just what does it take. Their reply was 100% accurate as the sun rises in the east. They said need to wait EXACTLY 12 months post before consideration. On the same weekend that target time table came around i straightway cold apped Amex More Rewards and within 12 hours review returned YOUR APPLICATION IS BEEN APPROVED!
