I was getting one every few months, but now nothing! It's been 7 months since my last baby increase of $300 and I use this card A LOT. I was thinking about calling them and asking for one instead of doing it online. I'm sure it won't make a difference.

Congrats on the CLI and no, calling in won’t make any difference over doing it online - I spoke with a rep in that department once. She told me that she can do nothing that can’t be accomplished via online request. The only difference is the rep enters the info that you’d enter on the CLI screen.
