2 AMEX Approvals and a Question...

So I have been working on my rebuild for about a year...well, REALLY working on it since March.  I was high 500s - low 600s and am now between 635-666 between the the CRAs.  My BOA Cash Rewards secured ($300) that I opened 8/2017 graduated earlier this week.  I have a Discover @ $3500 and various other small cards.  Today I looked at the AMEX pre-qual site...AGAIN...but to my surprise I had 2 pre-quals.  The Cash Magnet and the Everyday...I pulled the trigger on both and received both with $1000 SLs.  I am so happy to be in with AMEX...but I wonder if I need both cards.  I would be happy to grow one and then maybe get the Delta one later on.

My Question is...can I move the SL from one card to the other and close it?  Having the same exposure ($2000) but on just one card?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I don't think what you're asking would be possible.  Amex requires a card to be open for at least 60 days before you could transfer any portion of another credit line TO it.  Also, in the past a card was required to be open for 13 months before you could transfer FROM it but that requirement appears not to be enforced as of late.

Did these two cards come with sign up bonus offers?

Thank you for your reply! I will ride it out.  The Everyday has 0% for 15 months and 10,000 Reward points after certain spend and Magnet has cash back if you spend a certain amount in 3 months.

Forgot to say congrats on your approvals.

Are you sure what you stated are the actual terms of the signup bonuses for the two cards?
