so made a quick phone call to Citizens Bank local office and was told that the 5% CashBack promo is running up until March 31st 2020 ..i already have Cashback MC with them at 25k limit... and was pre approved for 2nd MC with 19K credit limit (SP) and 5% cash back promotion..on everything you buy without cap (seriously?) .NOT A BAD deal than OK Accepted .. Congrats on another nice citizens card approval..  Didn't know you could have two of them.  Would pick one up if was eligable for 5% promo, know I can apply online but would only be 1.8% card..  One day it is on my radar, just not currently.

Yes, in branch there is the 5% offer till end of March, then back to 1.8%   Also SP if pre-qualified
