Although reporting would offer a HUGE boost for Util. hidden TL is a bonus too. We should know something for certain from members after 90 days for sure if not sooner.

Again, this would be more of a data point than anything. But, even the first set of approvals would have only gone through the first 30-day cycle and some folks have already confirmed it's not on CRs yet.
