I have to update this if anybody is reading my original post so that people could get the correct information.
Yes, Citi on Bestbuy CLI does have HP 11-24-2020. Again, the weird part is I am not getting HP for intial application for Citi Bestbuy from Mar 2020. Maybe it is a fluke.
