Thank you all for the kind words and ofcourse the advice. As far as the BB&K double app I figured if their giving one away

they would do a BOGO HP :-) LOL! Only other DP's I could add is that I have no recent loans on my CR, Last one was

last year. Was a 17,000.00 signature loan that was paid back in 4 months. PNC and BBVA both inquired about the staus of that loan when

they pulled. BB&T didn't care. Total TL's before this were $230 K btw. Cheers and Thanks again!! CIC I posted in your thread

@alohawinn  I have no prior or current history with PNC but I am in their geo footprint. Can't throw a rock 

around my neighborhood without hitting one of their banks :-) Thanks for your reply,hope this helps!
