6 Months? OK....CLI Time

Figured since Cap1qs seems to be easing up on the CLI declines thought I would hit the button for one.

Requested cli and got 500 dollars 6 months ago so hit the button and BOOM got 400 more. (so avoided the dreaded 100 cli they were getting famous for.

Been climbing steadily since I got an auto CLI after 2 and1/2 years. Started with 400>750>3750>4250>4650
