8 months into building/rebuilding, ready to hit the garden after Chase approval over 5/24

Just thought I'd share my experience. Checked Chase prequalification page and saw I was prequalified for the Freedom Unlimited, Slate, and CSP. I'm at 6 reporting (also have 3 new Amex that haven't hit my report yet) and they are all within the past 8 months. My scores are EQ 694, TU 708, and EX 702. They pulled TU and EX. SL of $2,500. Not too bad! Think I should recon the SL when I receive the card? The approval page said to call if the SL doesn't meet my needs. My current cards are Cap1 QS $750 CL, Local CU Visa with $500 CL (which they told me would be an HP for CLI grr), Target RedCard $300 CL, Neiman Marcus card $1100 CL, closed overstock card (had $1800 CL), closed Williams-Sonoma Visa (had $1000 CL), Amex BCE $5000 CL, Amex Everyday $10000 CL, and Amex Platinum NPSL. I have a checking account with Chase, and a savings account and installment loan with Alliant CU. My util. is around 2%. I don't know if my file is considered 'young', the oldest accounts on my reports are from 8/16, but back in 2007-2008 I had baddies that are long gone. I had a credit card that was charged off and some tickets that went to collection. Since then I had been completely off the credit radar until last august. I pretty much have all the cards I want so I think I'll be heading to the garden. Thoughts on what I should do about/with the low limit cap1 and CU cards?
Kind of have everything I want now, creditwise. Undeliberately gardening until I have some spending to do and find a 100,000 Amex Platinum offer lol

Started my credit journey August 2016, after abstaining from credit for years after some poor financial choices in high school. Started with scores in the 580s. Current scores 11/6/18 - EQ: 754 TU: 757 EX: 743

Forgot to mention, there is one more card I want and that's a Discover. Last year I was denied for not enough history, and last week I was denied for too many inquiries. How long should I wait to app again?
