I think with Navy, there are X factors, perhaps about relationship. Where you joined with scores around 680 and got a card with a $7,300 limit, I joined with scores in the mid-700s and got a card with a $1,000 limit. It has since gone up to $3,000, but I'm still waiting to apply for Flagship. Right now, I think I'd probably be approved, but maybe with a mediocre CL. It's hard to gauge that stuff. I have no relationship with NFCU other than checking and savings accounts that I do not use that much (do not do direct deposit with them), and the credit card. Posting this because I think some people get the impression that NFCU is always generous with everyone, but think it depends.
