She was really a tough agent and not budging even though I was definitely under 5/24

CL: $16,300APR: 21.24% but I PIF anyways.
5/24 status: 3/24 now with this approval I am 4/24.
Income :$100k
Housing: Owned/paid off mortgage.
total credit limits on all cards: $200,000no derogatory items. No lates.
CB pulled: as usual, Chase is a double-puller. Seems like Experian was pulled first and then EQ shortly after.will garden for a while (1 year)
