Was on a flight back from Vegas last week and they were handing out applications for the American Airlines AAdvantage, Aviator Red Card.. (whew that's a long one). Anyway, since I need another travel card like a hole in the head, what did I do? Applied of course! Anyway, it was an instant by skimpy 5K. BTW, this is the first time that Barclay has approved me,,, I have apped a couple of times for the Apple/Barclay card and always felt the sting of rejection.
Here are some details;
a. Hard Pull, Equifax
b. This hard pull made my Equifax score go down 4 points, from 756 to 752 😥
c. Card Fee: $99 / year
d. 60,000 Advantage Bonus Miles after making a single purchase and paying $99 fee within the first 90 days
e. 1 companion Fair and Anniversary Companion Certificate
f. Inflight savings 25%R statement credits on food and beverages
g. $25 statement credit for inflight Wi-Fi (only once a year)
Anyway, once I have those 60K miles credited to my advantage account time to book my round trip to Italy 🤞
