I couldn't figure out how to reply to the Thread that helpd me so I started a new one. Someone wrote the message below. I called the number, too scared to ask for 25K but I verified that it would be a soft pull and asked for 6K and they said yes. My limit before was $1200 . my balance was $980 which is high utilization but I've been working on my credit over the past 3 months using tips from this forum so it has gone up about 50 point (currently EQ 680 TU 678 EX 648). I guess my increase in scores helped. this forum is great.

I wonder if I can call Sychrony again and ask for more in my JcPenny Account? Does anyone know if i can ask for more than one CLI for Different accounts.

I'll play devil's advocate here.... if you call 877-379-8175 and ask for 25K they'll counter back with your highest available CLI.
