You should call WF. I only had my Propel for about 10 months and called. I stated I just wanted a credit line increase but didn't want a HP only a SP. CSR ask me how much credit line increase I wanted. I had 12,500 currently so I just pulled the figure out the air and ask for 18,000. He came back with 15,700 credit line increase. No HP!

Thanks so much everyone! I called AMEX again today asking some general questions and they were trying to get me to get a Gold card they said I was approved for. I declined as I don't want any more cards right now and the Gold card isn't for me, but it was nice to hear it still 
@Mnk1 Thanks for the advice! I actually did call WF recently to ask about a CLI but the CR said she has no way of knowing if it will be a SP or a HP. She said if they need to do a review on the account it will be a HP, if not it will be a SP, but there is no way of knowing and they wouldn't tell me or ask me first if they would end up needing to do a HP. So I said no thanks. I'll do further research though, I'd love to get a CLI on WF also but it's not worth the HP for me right now.
