Thanks BetterMoves. I believe I got denied the first time due to my profile being too new with AMEX. I only had my Gold and BCE with them for around 3-4 months when I asked for a CLI, which is fair why I got denied the first time around.

Thanks! Hoping for more growth aswell.. I am attempting a CLI on my BoA card in 20 days from now which can open up the doors for a CSR. I'm assuming AMEX CLIs also take into account existing SLs aswell as many other factors right?

Anecdotally it sounds like they march more to the beat of their own drum. With sufficient income and decent scores I wouldn't be too surprised to see that card end up at $27,000 after your next two CLIs.
