AMEX Blue Cash Everyday Card with Credit Steps Update!

I started with a $500 limit about 1 year ago, had 1 auto incease to $1000, then requested a manual increase a few weeks ago. $3,000 Total. I wasn't sure if I had 'broken' the auto steps increase by requesting the manual increase or if the auto steps increase was a 1 time increase. Thank you for clarifying.

No problem.  Just mark your calendar for 181 days from the date you were approved for the $3,000 and you can request an increase to $9,000.

The 2X CLI out of "credit steps" in a one-time event.  Of course, Amex can chose to give another auto-CLI at any time but usually you would have to manually request one every 180 days.
