One interesting DP: I was approved for the exact starting limit shown on a couple of occasions (maybe 3 times out of 50 attempts) when I prequalified and entered my salary information and it showed the BCP with the language "You could be approved for a limit up to $15,000". So in some regards, it seems to be accurate.
