AMEX - CLI a year later

Hi - wanted to share my AMEX Everyday credit journey.  Apped and approved in July 2016 for $2,000 - after 90 days, it doubled to $4,000.  Tried for a 3X a couple of times and was met with denial for various reasons.  So I just gave up...didn't think about it...also haven't been using the card much either.  Today, I log into the AMEX site to schedule my payment and was surprised with a CLI to $10k!    Sometimes it just happens without us having to beg or plead  our case!

Lol this is the same experience I've had.  I've requested for a couple of CLI and was rejected, but shortly after they end up giving me one. I hope I get one that's on the same level

Congrats! My BCE started at a 1k limit last July. It's now at 12k!!!!

I hope so too!  I didn't expect it at all.
