Although it took awhile, I've never had any problems with my accounts. I guess patience is just key but I don't know if I can say the same for Cap1.

Yes. BCE is my primary AMEX. I'll wait to see if I can get a CLI for the ED. If not, I might just transfer $500 and close it.
