So I just got back with AMEX last October after being blacklisted for 5 years ( all previous balance are now paid ). Started with Green Charge Card but Declined for a Revolver. Waited another month and still Declined with no HP. Keep using the Green Card and paid in full and tonight Xmas Eve, got pre-approval for the Delta Gold and pulled the trigger.....approved with not a SL I was hoping for (1K and no HP) but it's a good start for me.
