My first card with AMEX, logged into Delta.com to do some stuff for an upcoming flight. First page was a targeted offer for 80K miles, 10K MQM's and $100 statement credit for 2K spend. Came back a couple of days later and it was still there, thought hey what the heck, been wanting it and the SUB was too good to pass up.
730's across all 3, 8 inq's, income: sufficient,
15,000 SL instant approval, APR unknown ( don't know where I check for it.)
Happy to be with AMEX.

Is a targeted offer on the Delta site the equivalent of a prequalification? I've been wanting the Delta gold card because I'm about done with American and the Citi aadvantage is my only miles card.
