I'm going the same route as you (exact same cards), but I'm 18 still. Just an idea, that my CPC banker gave me, apply for CSP when comfortable (you already have it), get credit limit increase, and then product change to CSR. I have a feeling the UW criteria are lower for PC to CSR from CSP, rather than direct applying. Just an idea....
Be aware that CLIs with Chase are always HPs. Additionally, you might not get the amount you would like that route, as Chase is stingy with CLIs (assuming you need one, Chase might grant you at least $10k SL).
I'm apping for CSR separately because I know I'll get approved and I'm assuming that I'll get a nice SL, better than if I PC'ed CSP to CSR and then apping for FU.
