A year or so into my rebuild journey (Jun '17) AMEX gave me a BCE with a SL of 1,400 (TU 667, 2 INQ, 35% UTIL) and since then I have gotten my inital 61 day 3X CL (Aug '17) and a 6 month 3X CLI (Feb '18). I noticed early this month an offer for an ED card with an MR bonus, 0% purchase int until June '19 and a 0% int for 16 month no fee BT offer good thru 60 days from open...so I jumped on it. Instant approval (TU 699, 4 INQ, 31% UTIL) for 9,800 (7X my BCE SL). I have some balances I want to shuffle around to get two CC UTIL under 30% then I swear on my NFCU CC that im staying in the garden for at least 3 months. Hopefully my DP helps someone.

3 months will put me close to inquiries falling off, a few CLI and my 91/3 with NFCU. CLI and 2nd card? Maybe.

Thanks everybody, it's my highest SL to date! I've hada great experience with AMEX to date and look forward to keeping them in the wallet for years to come.
I JUST got my 2nd 3X CLI on my first card with them (BCE) so in theory it will be 6 months before I can get another CLI on any of my cards if what I have read is correct. Of course im going to test this with a CLI request after I get the card and activate it...I will report back.
