FINALLY in with AMEX after starting my rebuild in Feb 2018. I was added as an AU in May of this year and used that account to check for card offers. Today, I saw the Delta Gold offer w/ 35K SUB (I know, I probably should've waited) and pulled the trigger. After phone verification, approved with SL of $1,000. Data points below:

I think you can be approved for PRG also, many folks did with 1 revolver+1charge card on the same day, but not 2 revolvers.
