That's great news! You will love the PRG. Much better than the green (for me that is) plus you can downgrade if you need to.

Congratulations welcome to the AMEX family. PRG is hard to beat I keep eyeing the Plat, but I make so many points at restaurants it's hard to let go of the PRG.

Go ahead and pull the trigger now if you want... It won't hurt you, it's just a soft pull.

How do I go about it call or fill out another app?

Yes. Just fill out another app. If you are declined, its a soft pull. If you are approved, they pull from the same info as the app from today. That's how they did mine.
