Approved with the 60k SUB through a pre-approval. I did try to get the 75k SUB through incognito mode, but unfortunately 60k was still the only thing I was offered and since my scores are still pretty low, I wasn’t going to let the pre-approval just go.
I will add that I have been looking into at the Platinum for a travel card for awhile but wanted to make sure my scores were better before trying to app for it.
Thank you to everyone on this forum that has continued to offer me advice while I am rebuilding! Without your guidance, this surely wouldn’t have been possible. Now I will actually garden for the next year or two.

Congrats on the Amex approval!1 Is the 642 EX score the current score that you used? My EX score is right about there and I'm on the fence on apping for one of the charge cards next month. So hopefully, I'll have similar luck.
