I have seen AMEX giving out $1k limits like candy, so I decided I would find out what "pre-qualified" really means.

In my case it meant an EX FICO8 641 w/ 42% reported utilization w/ 2 baddies, 2 inquiries, 0 lates, 100% Paid as Agreed, No Delinquent Accts, AAoA 3.8 yrs, 4 credit, 4 retail, 6 new accounts in last 24 (this makes 7).

Would have never applied if not for these boards.
